This is the famous FDR frame from Tart Optical. Tart Optical frames are the hottest company in the vintage market today Celebrities have been wearing this model for years, from Gene Hackman in Enemy Of The State, to Larry "Bud" Melman from the Letterman show and many others. This frame feature the famous 3 dot design on the front and temples and thick skull type temples. They don't build them like this anymore, with heavy duty hinges holding the temples to the front. The color is Black. The "oTe " shield stamp is on the inside temple. There is no paper sleeve for this frame.
